QEC is a gentle, effective way of rewiring subconscious beliefs that no longer serve you.
Our subconscious mind was wired with beliefs about ourselves; our worth, our value, our intellect, our love-ability and every aspect of our life most profoundly from the time we were in utero until we were seven years old – and this wiring was done without any conscious, rational thought or understanding.
Much of what was wired was geared for survival – and much of that wiring was incredibly useful and adaptive at the time, yet as you’ve grown and developed, much of that unconscious wiring has now become maladaptive.
You are no longer completely dependent on your care-givers for survival and you also now have the ability to make decisions for yourself based on how you want to live moving forwards.
Working with QEC allows us to quickly and easily re-wire your subconscious mind with beliefs that are more aligned to who you are now and what you want from your life today – new beliefs formed through conscious, intelligent choice – not pre-programmed before you had a say in how your life should be.
Essentially, we are using our conscious mind to create new, more empowering beliefs about ourselves and our lives, and then hard-wiring them into our subconscious mind.
